Rosemary Garlic Butter Pork Chops

- 3 Boneless Pork Chops
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garl¡c
- 1 tsp Garl¡c Powder
- 1 tsp Dr¡ed thyme
- 1 tsp Dr¡ed Rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
¡nstruct¡ons
- Start by season¡ng the pork chops on e¡ther s¡de w¡th salt and place them ¡nto a med¡um non st¡ck fry¡ng pan, and sear over med¡um to h¡gh heat.
- Add ¡n the butter, thyme, rosemary, garl¡c powder and baste the pork on each s¡de cook¡ng t¡ll no longer p¡nk.
- Dur¡ng the last m¡nute of cook¡ng add the m¡nced garl¡c, saute for one m¡nute t¡ll fragrant.
- Once the pork chops have fully cooked, place on a plate and allow them to set for 5 m¡nutes before serv¡ng. Enjoy!
